Confused again

Only CD8 today, 4 days after my 4-day period and I’m having egg white discharge but negative OPK 😅 mild cramps as well 🥲 is my body playing with me or what?? Am I about to ovulate? Problem is we can’t BD today until Sunday evening due to a lab test we’re preparing for. Good lawwwd 😅
