Yall! I started using flex discs and they are a complete game changer!! I don’t even feel like I’m on my period. One disc lasts 12 hours (disposable ones), self empties when you go pee (so you don’t need to change it out like a tampon), you can have sex with it while inserted, minimized my cramping pain a ton, it’s not associated with TSS like tampons, and it’s so comfortable I can’t even feel it! It goes inside your forex rather than just sitting in the lower area - I was so iffy about trying it but with all the chemicals in tampons I decided to give it a try and so happy I did!
