Is my hcg rising?

Question

On Monday my first beta was 133. On Wednesday my second beta was 340. Today my third beta was 699. 
Are my levels rising as normal 
When I used a hcg level calculator it said they are rising every 69 hours and I know for a healthy pregnancy they should double every 48 hours. ￼

It’s rising. The doubling time says 2.89 days, and doctors like it to double every 48-72 hours so I mean, technically it is on the lower end of the normal range.
