has anyone else experienced this?

hello everyone, me and my boyfriend have had intercourse pretty much everyday of this month and he always finishes in me because we want to conceive. i am 4 days late for my period, my breasts just started to feel tender today, also i noticed in one certain position it is very painful and uncomfortable (it used to not be just a few weeks/days ago), and today i noticed clear watery discharge but not alot and not super often. has anyone experienced this in early pregnancy before they knew they were pregnant? i took a test this morning but it was negative and im assuming i tested too early. any opinions or personal experiences that were similar?
