In times of TTC, you will feel overwhelmed of not getting the result that you are hoping to get….now in times like these you should pay attention to how your mindset is we want to ensure ourselves are feeling loved…especially if we are not getting it from our partners…. we should remain positive in all aspect be happy for others when they are getting the results that you are hoping to get , be calm, be patient and even though these are just encouraging words, it should become something we think of doing just to have a better mental status. Think about that child wanting to come into this world to a happy mom think about yourself wanting to be in the best mental health to give this baby the best version of motherhood.. with this said go to the spa, buy yourself something nice, call a friend. Have a nice and warm conversation. Take your mind off of TTC and be mindful. Be cute and very demure. Love you. !!!!!!!
