Pregnancy Test !!!!!

Took this test Friday , Took Two && Both Came Out Postive Like You See !! I Went to The Clinic today && The Did A pregnancy test on me it was a pee test && it came out negitive .. But I do have an Obgyn appointment on the 21st .. Could it be to early to detact if I am pregnant or should I wait till my appointment && get a blood test because I heard that's wayyy better
