This is negative, right?

My period is usually right on time, give or take a day. I know the body isn’t clockwork and my cycle could be off, but one <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period app</a> say I’m 7 days late and this app says I’m 2 days late. I’ve tested for pregnancy, but everything comes back negative. Kinda bugged out because I’ve had some pregnancy symptoms too? Sensitive nipples, congestion, light cramps, nauseous. This would be my 3rd, but I’ve never had this happen. Has anyone else been through this? Is it possibly stress or my body trying to re-regulate in someway? Pictures of most recent test and taken within time frame - I used PM urine but with a 6+ hour hold. I just figured for me being so late that this would be darker if it was positive at all.
