The picture of the 3 early response is from 3w 
The picture with the digital test is from 3w 3d. 
This is my 4th pregnancy but I’ve never tested this early. 
Is there a possibility of multiples??

No. Hcg levels or pregnancy tests can not indicate twins. Only an ultrasound can.
