I started cramping at 7 am with red blood filling the stool. I had more red blood thick a few more times. By 11 am this passed. I know this is gross and someone is going to say why did you pick that up. I needed to make sure it was tissue and not just a blood clot. I would be 9w4d today. My last scan on Thursday showed a gestational sac but measuring 5w5d. I knew then that this would be the outcome but I don’t think you can mentally prepare yourself for it. This is our first loss and we had been trying for 10 years. We do have two other older children (20 & 14 years old). Opinions from others who have had losses- would this be the sac and placenta? My cramping has slowed down but still bad at times. Right before I passed this I was having labor like pain. Horrible! I am just curious if I’ll have more of these big tissue like pass?
