I swear there’s something here 🤔 two nights ago i felt like i had food poisoning (tho I’ve never had it I just assumed that’s what it felt like 🤣) up every hour or so to crap my brains out, felt like throwing up

Today I wake up with the worst head ache, very very rarely need to take medicine for feeling ill but I did today.

The only tracking I did this month was CM and BBT but it was spotty cause I was on vacation for a couple weekends forgetting my temp
