Spider Bite??

Hi everyone! I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and I think I got bit by a spider since we moved into a new place recently. This spot on my leg started out looking like a tiny pimple from an ingrown leg hair but now it’s been about a week and it’s looking much worse…. Do y’all believe this is from a spider bite or could it possibly be something else??

You need to see a doctor like yesterday!!!! Believe it or not, I got a spider bite while pregnant at 30 weeks, I blew it off (it was not a bad bite at all!) well, I randomly got a horrible fever, sick, chills. Full blown sick. I ended up in the hospital with MRSA from said bite on medication for 3 weeks and ultimately had to deliver a preterm baby at 33 weeks because they could not stop my labor! 2 weeks nicu time for my little girl Not fun at all! And mine wasn’t even this bad!! I would go in 10000% now.

Where do you live? Personally to me looks more like a hobo spider bite but regardless of it is a bite/sting/infected wound it needs medical attention. While pregnant your system is much more open to infection so any wound becomes more dangerous so I would go asap. Honestly I might even do the ER for that one being pregnant just to make sure it doesnt turn into septic tissue or a staph or blood infection.
