Could I be pregnant? I go for another ultrasound to see if it was an early pregnancy detected or an ovarian cyst but the doctor told me to take a test so here’s my test am I pregnant? It’s only been 2minutes

I forgot to add that my period is 57 days late and I’m having all the symptoms the nausea has subsided but now my nose is like a dog’s nose. I’m just annoyed but the breast aches everyday and the weird sensation of it feeling like it stretching or something
