Can someone explain? OPKs?

Question

I’m assuming I had my positive OPK 9/10(CD16) or 9/11 (CD17)  based off the below pic.

Today (CD22)

Had EWCM on 9/12-9/13
Spotting started 2-3DPO (assuming 9/12) back to positive OPK?

Do you have a picture of the opk from the 10th and the 11th. LH fluctuates so it's hard to say when you had a surge. LH doesn't gradually rise or fall. That's why it's important to be consistently testing twice a day every day. The tests you have pictured are negative. Ewcm also doesn't mean ovulation it's just the cm that sperm can last the longest in. It's caused by estrogen not LH.

Idk it’s weird? I had ovulated from left onset in July and both ovaries contained follicles.
