No Appointments Until Mid-November?!?!?

Everywhere around me seems to be booked until early to mid November... I'm currently 7 weeks and this is my first baby at 22. I did accidentally do a few no-no's (like dye my hair), so I'm extra nervous and the lack of appointment availability is making me feel worse. What do I do?

Im not sure where you are, but I found this place has offices in many states. They do pregnancy tests & ultrasounds for free, no insurance or anything required. I used them because I was having severe anxieties this time around and they were amazingly helpful. They confirmed viability and gestational age/size of fetus. Offered a follow up appointment at 13 weeks, or sooner if I needed. It definitely helped get between appointments though and if you have one near by it would definitelyhelp you get to a November appointmentwith your regular dr.         https://www.womenscarecenter.org/duluth            but also, keep calling around and ask to be out on a waitlist. Worst case, you could go to the ER, but that's not necessarily their best use of time or services, though you have the right to use them anyway. Im sure you wouldnt be the only one. Coloring your hair is fine, sleeping on your stomach is fine (at least for now) along with so many other things. If youre unsure send a message to your ob and a nurse should be able to advise if it's safe or not.   Btw, congratulations and I hope everything goes well for you!
