Nexplanon & ovulation

So I’m 2 years into having the nexplanon and getting pregnant has been my biggest fear since having my third. I tested myself every other month when I got the implant and eventually just trusted it. Now since it’s near expiration, I test monthly as well as check for ovulation. I tested with the clearblue ovulation, which about two weeks ago had a solid smily, then had a period for about a week and now it’s a flashing smiley which indicates estrogen rising and high fertility. Does this mean my nexplanon is going to expire sooner than expected or will I ovulate?
