Need your eyes

Me and my baby had a near death experience with my 1st child birth, both of us spent 2 months in hospital but at the end everything was fine.

Now my baby is 1.5 years old, I am told to avoid being pregnant for at least 3-4 years. My periods are 4 days late and I am now scared. Took a test and need confirmation. Can anyone spot a faint line? Or it’s just my fear making me see something I am scared of.
