What is causing this type of discharge??!!

So I’ve got pending STD panels. But I am negative for Bv, YEAST, Tric. I do have HSV-2 and was recently diagnosed… but I have no clue in the world what’s causing this it’s like a clumpy dry discharge accompanied by watery clear discharge.. I’m so worried does anyone know what could be causing this???….
