Is it normal to ovulate CD22?

I’ve been TTC for 4 months now. Normally I get a positive ovulation test CD 16 or 17. This cycle it’s CD 22…. is this normal?

It can be yes. You may have an off cycle. Keep in mind that opks don't test for ovulation itself. They test for the LH surge that should trigger ovulation. After your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours. So if your first positive opk was cd22 then you could ovulate cd23 or cd24. 
You also can have multiple surges during your cycle so if you aren't testing consistently twice a day every day you may miss your first surge and catch a second surge. The first surge is the one that should trigger ovulation.
