Maybe next month

Started spotting this evening. I always spot before AF comes. Looks like another unsuccessful month. Was really hoping this was it since I had an HSG 2 weeks ago and I know sometimes people have luck afterwards. I’m just getting so tired. It’ll be 2 years next month 😔
