Just got my IUD out today. I’ve was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 10 so way before it became more known and doctors stopped actually helping it. I’m forever thankful for my pediatrician. With that being said I’m very fortunate to have had the best care with fighting it. I had my son in 2021 after the 1st cycle off bc and clomid ( I do not ovulate on my own, never have). He’ll be 4 in January and I’m finally ready for my 2nd and last child. I had to get an IUD last year February because I can no longer take bc pills but I needed some type of hormones to stop the 24/7 365 days bleeding without it. Safe to say it did its job now my doc gave me the go ahead to try for the 1st 2 months and if nothing happens I’ll take clomid again.
