Terrible sex cramp

My Bf and I were having sex last night and switched to doggie style position and after a bit I got terrible cramps when he went in too far. When we finally finished I had very bad cramps to the point where I didn't even want to move. We made tea and i took two pain pills and it eventually started feeling better. WebMD scared the shit out of me but we eventually saw something that said he might have gone too far and hit the cervix which causes the cramps? Has this happened to anyone? So scary and painful! Help!
