Sleepy husband always

Please help myhusband works from 10 am to 3 pm and then 6 pm to 11 pm when he comes to home he sleeps from 3 pm to 5 pm and at night he sleeps from 1 am to 9 am . But he is always so so sleepy he never wanted to have sex at night always in morning aur during after noon time . He said they go to distant place he drives so much thats makes me exhausted i also do job but wwhen i come home i do dishes make food for him serve him food on bed etc

Why he always wanted to sleep and not do sex
