I’ve been off depo shot since November my last shot was August 2023 we have been trying to conceive since November 2023 I don’t know when to think I’m pregnant because I can’t miss a period if I don’t have none but last week I had slight cramps and on Friday I smelled blood and wood myself and it was light pink spots I spotted for a few hours and stopped Saturday it was brownish I spotted for a few hours and stopped no more spotting since my breast been tender and tingling stomach still have light cramping on and off lower back be hurting and a little nauseated not much tho barely Tuesday I had wet in between my legs like pee but it was clear watery with some white clouds in it I been having heart palpitations plus I took a test it was negative so my OBGYN said wait a week after spotting it may be too early I don’t know what to think especially not having a period to even know when I’ve missed it so frustrating and depressing
