I got a letter this morning explaining my Medicaid coverage was changing for my children and I was removed from benefits because I failed to return my review on time. I called to check on getting a replacement because I don’t recall getting the first one, and the lady literally laughed! I’m disabled, and don’t make a whole lot monthly. So having Medicaid is nice for doctors visits. To be laughed at was so unnecessary and uncomfortable. If you’re going to laugh at others downfall, don’t work in this field.
