Libido I guess?

I.am a 38yo married woman. My husband is an amazing man but his drive is very high. Mine used to be high but over time its not the same. Sometimes i find my mind wandering during sex or becoming disinterest in sex. I really dislike it because my hubby is very into me when were intimate, but i cant keep focus. IIfind myself needing libations to relax and to let my mind free. Anyone having issues with their mind wandering during sex?

Stop to think about if you feel emotionally connected and satisfied. Usually thats the problem. If you feel like youre the only one doing the emotional upkeep or house chores your libido starts to die. Think about it and talk to him about what you need.
