Any chance someone could explain?

I went to my scan assuming I just turned 14 weeks but it seems I may be more per what baby was measuring. Am I 14 weeks 6 days? Is baby body fully measured now as I’m further along? I’ve attached the file below

It shows bases off your last period you would be 15 weeks 6 days . But based off the measurements of baby  they have 14 weeks 6 days . It’s normal

Baby’s measurements won’t change the date unless your ob specifies they will. But + or - 2 weeks is normal for measurements from the due date. My babe has been measuring 4/5 weeks ahead for months but they still won’t change it 😂
