Hey guys, I’m 18 and I’ve never had sex. I know it will likely be coming soon, so I have gotten a little paranoid about everything going on “down there.”

I came off of the Depo shot about 6 months ago and have had regular periods ever since. About three weeks ago, I completely skipped my period and just had some random spotting for a day or two. Starting about three days ago, I have brown discharge coming out enough that I have to wear a pad. It’s a very dark brownish color, not like normal period blood. Just very confused as to what this may be and if I need to see a doctor. I do plan on talking about going back onto birth control soon.
