Pump and dump?

So I got pretty drunk last night and I’m breastfeeding. (I have a stock) I’m just not sure if u should pump and dump all day. Or I can still use some of my breastmilk

Pump and dump is a myth. If you drank last night the alcohol is out of your system now.

It’s advised to wait 2hrs per drink before breastfeeding so probably no need to pump and dump if enough time has passed. Only a small amount makes into breast milk. It leaves your milk at the same rate it leaves your bloodstream.
