Sore in kids mouth?

My daughter said her mouth was hurting earlier, and this is what it looks like. I’ve never dealt with, or seen this before. Anybody know what it is? (Obviously I will be calling the dentist.)

It’s just a canker sore. No need for a doctor visit. It will go away on its own. She can gargle with salt water to speed along the process.
