I think every Mirena IUD are different for everyone. My first one never allowed me to have my periods and I had it for three years straight. Then I had a baby. When I had my second one I had irregular periods every 2 to 3 weeks. So I've had very different out comes when I had both Mirena's. If you think you are prego just test yourself if you are or not. Hope all goes well.

I have the Mirena IUD and I haven’t had a period in 3 months. I did however have sex on Friday (just 2 days ago). He did cum inside me.
The day after on Saturday I started bleeding and it’s continued. It is light. What could be the cause for the bleeding
I am also having burning and I have itching feeling down In my vagina.
