Does this test mean I’m currently ovulating? Previously have only used predicted ovulation based on period. Which was supposedly the end of last week, however this is the test now.

Currently have a lot of watery/ egg white discharge

Nope this test is negative for a lh surge (these don’t mean you are or aren’t ovulating only if you are having a lh surge or not) 
For a post lh surge your test line needs to be dark or darker than the control line.

No this is negative. You want the test line to be as dark or darker than the control line. Then you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours but you can have a surge and not ovulate. Opks don't confirm ovulation.
