Any help ladies confused on LH surge test?

Top is from 2pm.. bottom from bottom 9pm ..
So what I’m confused about is the line closer to the arrow is getting darker but I thought I got my surge earlier in the day. Do I need to keep testing or is the surge there? I’m confused with these things.

They both look positive; a positive will show a test line that’s identical to, or darker than, the control line.

The test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control line in order to be positive and show a surge. The top one is showing a positive and you don't need to test after your first positive opk. After your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours. Opks don't confirm ovulation though so to confirm you would need to track BBT.
