me and my boyfriend of almost 10 years from ages 15 to 25 have recently separated. We have three kids my six-year-old with autism a five-year-old and a two-year-old seven months ago I had to put him out because he slapped our six-year-old with autism and she hit her head in the wall. He had no remorse throughout the months. There have been instances of him, putting his hands on the kids or verbally abusing them , and them being scared to tell me whenever they do go to their dad‘s house that he roommates with four other people not mentioning he has not been financially supporting the kids. He won’t even buy diapers for our two year-old I have to ask him to do that. He doesn’t attend any doctors or dentist appointments. He doesn’t wash the kids clothes but he will pick the kids up on his day to take them to the laundromat with him to wash his clothes though . He doesn’t even get our son a haircut. He doesn’t provide food for the home or clothing when he gets angry, he will degrade me and curse at me all in front of the kids, he will even refuse to take the kids if it’s his day because he’s angry or even jump the back patio and run up at me banging at the glass he has even ran in the house threatening to kill me and my family  I am currently staying with my mother. As of yesterday it was his day to pick up the kids when he got here me and my five-year-old daughter we’re getting ready to walk cupcakes up to our neighbors. He got so angry and cussed us both out his exact words “I don’t have time for that dumb ass shit fuck those goddamn cupcakes” and I asked him. Why do you already have an attitude and you’re just now coming to see the kids from not seeing them for days? He got so angry and threw the toy bag at me and my five-year-old daughter it hit the glass. All the toys fell out onto the ground. He also threw the diaper bag at the back of our head as well, jumping into his truck before cussing at me and proceeding to drive off, leaving the kids, standing outside, fully dressed, waiting for him to basically take them with him . yesterday, I also decided that I was going to cut off all contact with him. I did block his number, but I’m just nervous about him popping up at my mother‘s home where we are currently living please if you have any advice, I am open or if you’ve been through something similar I would like some help in the right direction for me and my kids
