Tmi pic spotting

I’m 6w and started spotting last night, started out light pink / brown but now it’s just pink. My hcg have been more than doubling but on ultrasound at 5 weeks they did see a sub chorionic hemorrhage. Im not cramping so was shocked to see this. I have miscarriages and ectopic histories I’m a nervous wreck! Has anyone else spotted during pregnancy and it be ok?
