Help!! Muscle Spasms 😢
Curious to know who else gets those muscle spasms in the upper body couple days before bleeding? Is my period triggering this thing? I don't get it, this only happens around 4-5 days before my period and throughout my period. I'm literally suffering ðŸ˜
