Unknown sickness
Has anyone ever had fever and body aches for over a week and it wasn't your typical flu season illness? I've been to the ER twice. I've gotten labs, urine analysis, an X-ray, a CT scan and everything comes back perfectly normal other than the obvious signs that my body is fighting something. My organs are all normal and well. I'm negative for COVID, strep, flu, etc, no uti or anything wrong with my organs there. I have no cough, runny nose, etc. just very achy, weak, my arms and legs hurt, and I keep getting a fever, sometimes a tummy ache, but overall my whole body hurts. I cannot even do the activities of daily living without taking Tylenol or something. No one in my house is ill. They said I look like a "perfectly healthy woman" but they'll call me if anything turns up. I'll also say I have no history of illness or disease, and I'm at a healthy body weight in case that matters. Thanks in advance ♥️ PS I know I'll probably have to just wait and see what happens with my body but I'm not getting better and wanted to see if anyone could relate.
Edit: I don't have a doctor. I'm waiting til November for my insurance because that's just what I have to do.
It might not seem ER worthy to some. But if you have a fever for a week and you are so weak you can't walk or tend to your children you are desperate to get better including having to suck up major bills. I'm a mom and I'm trying to get better so I can do my mom duties. Right now I'm very weak and I've never experienced this before. Ok, some kind of virus. If anyone else has other things that come to mind thanks. I appreciate all.
::Last Edit (maybe): They advised me to drink plenty of fluids and get rest. Return if needed. Good news is the fever has not returned. Bad news is I'm nauseous at times still and can't stand for even short periods. My legs still hurt but when I'm moving or my legs are propped up I feel kinda fine.
