My husbands was less than 200k. We did IVF with ICSI and I'm 34 weeks pregnant with twins! 
Have him be prepared to have to give many samples. Diet and supplements are very important too. Have to make sure that the sperm he does produce are good and healthy.

My husbands Sperm count was less than 100k when we started trying 6-1/2 years ago. Changing his diet and taking care of some health issues along with taking clomid increased it to 3 mil this last sept. We still had to do IVF w/ ICSI. But now I'm pregnant.

My partner had a low sperm count and the doctor advised of some tablets that he had to take, after 3 months his count went to normal so only needed IVF instead of Icis. I'm sorry I don't remember what they were, but your doctors should be able to tell you, I do remember zinc vitamins was part of it

My hubby had low sperm count 0.07 ml thru couldn't test morphology or mobility and come New Year's Eve we found out we're having a baby it's truly a miracle thru never thought we'd be able to conceive without ivf, it was completely natural no vitamins for him either
