Pregnant or not?

So I have only 2 faint lines on test from a week ago, but negative ever since, but I’m 4 days late for my period so I’m waiting to test again for a stronger line. I have so many symptoms like

-pit feeling under my belly button and it’s hard in that area

-almost like cramps in my lower abdomen like 4 fingers down from my belly button that sit in the pit feeling

-sore nipples

-Veiny breast

-headaches

-vivid dreams

-lower back pain

-nasal congestion

-Milky discharge with no odor

Are these signs looking positive for a positive pregnancy test? If I was pregnant I ovulated peeked September 8th and had s*x throughout my whole fertility window many times a day. I have pcos and my fiancé and I have been trying for the last 6 months so I’m just praying this one stays after already having a chemical pregnancy. I don’t have health insurance rn so I can’t get a blood test done. Any tips or tricks to sooth my brain?

Top test was taken September 20th and the 2nd test was September 23. That’s why the top test is more yellow and both lines showed up within 4 minutes and the strip looks like it has a faint line.
