Dull cramping only on left side? 4 days late, negative test!

Has anyone experienced dull light cramping only on the left side during early pregnancy that comes and goes? I tested this morning but still negative. Period is 4 days late!

Yes but if the cramping was due to pregnancy, the test would be positive.

Yea and my period was just late. I took test it was negative at 3 days late period started day 4
