What's an affordable shampoo/conditioner that is color safe but also has silicone?
I've used herbal essence for years now, and switched to BEING hair care, and I like them both and they make my hair soft, UNTIL I use heat, then my hair feels like straw and tangles. I was reading that shampoo with silicone and heat protectant helps protect your strands from heat. What shampoo.has silicone.but also.wont strip.hair dye?
