Hyper-aware of body changes and it is making me crazy!
Every zit, every boob ache, every ache or cramp, every slight change in CM, every second that ticks by without AF showing up... Could this month be the month? What about this one?

Sometimes I feel like I am making myself absolutely nutty! A BFP is always at the back (or forefront of my mind) while I am awaiting good ol' Flo. I am sure I am not the only one here who experiences this. Any tips, mantras, meditations, comfort foods, good books out there to keep this brain occupied and at bay?
