Hi guys! So I’m currently 8 weeks. I’ve been having light brown spotting since this past Saturday. I’ve had miscarriages before so I automatically think the worst. My appointment with my doctor is on Friday. I became impatient/desperate to know something so I went to one of those 2d/3d/4d private Ultrasound places just to possibly hear a heartbeat. The package I paid for included hearing the child’s heartbeat and when I asked the tech if she heard anything she said it was “too early to pick up.” 🙄 but she did said baby was measuring a little ahead of 8 weeks. Also I didn’t mention my spotting or any of my concerns of miscarriage because I know she is no doctor and didn’t want to think I was seeking medical advice. I’ll wait for my dr appointment for that. My question is do you guys think she could tell there was no heartbeat and just didn’t want to be the bearer of bad news? Are they not allowed to share information regarding the heartbeat even though it’s a part of the package?
