TMI - cramps before pooping
Is anyone else experiencing painful gas cramps before having to poop? I get these really bad lightening pains (like contractions almost) for a few min before i have to go to loo. And once i poop, 0 cramps or pains. Anyone else in same boat? Awfully scary to go through the pains and I imagine the worst 😕
