Sticky and Clear discharge!

Hii everybody, I’m very new to this. Me and my partner want kids but like not actually trying, we just going flow as it is. I just took this picture last night, I wanted to know what kind discharge means, my man gave full of load of his sperm on Sept 26th, and I have heard people saying sperm can last there 3-7 up days, and after that on 27th and 29th he pre cum but he pull out the rest. Then, my calendar say start ovulating Oct 1-7th. I’m sure may be too early to tell take pregnancy test, I heard people say blood tests is more likely to pick up quicker than pee, and someone me to wait one more week take one or take blood work. I need your assistance with this. Like I say I’m very new with those discharge.
