I quit my job that I hated earlier this year. And now I am a supervisor at a department store.

I thought I would be happier but it’s been worse.

First of all, I have a ton of responsibilities and things that I need to do each week. I’m suppose to have 5-7 people to help me with all of it but I don’t have that. So I’m always behind and never get anything done on time.

Our district manager doesn’t care and says that I need to just figure it out and get everything done.

It’s very stressful. I’m looking for another job but haven’t found anything yet.
