Ovulation help

I was on the depo shot for birth control for around 10 years. I have been off of the depo for a little over a year now and decided to start keeping track of my body since my periods have been regular for about 6 months now. With that being said I never cared to keep track of my ovulation until now. Can someone help me? I have been searching high and low and get the same outcome. I’d like to know from different women because everyone is different. When yall ovulate, do you always have discharge? Is it normal or possible to ovulate without having discharge?
