So my daughter will be 4 in February her dad is paying child support but he has not seen her in almost 3 years I can count on both hands how many Times he’s seen her in her life he lived next door for 3 years and still never once knocked on my door to see her he is trying to get visitation now can I refuse this and win fully custody since he’s been absent for so long she has no idea who he is he does drugs has demotic abuse on his record probably way more I know he’s been in jail he has 8 kids lost two to the system his other bm have the other kids he has none of them he’s not in any of his other kids life do you think I can’t get fully custody and them not let him get visitations??
