My husband and I were watching YouTube videos to entitled people getting kicked out of places and in one a woman spit on a worker. My husband said "God! I don't hit people. Especially women but I swear to God if someone spits on me gloves are off. IDC who it is! I can't stand that shit." I asked him would he hit me if I spit on him. He asked why I would spit on him and I said answer the question and he said "Idk. Because I hate that shit and I would see red." Would you spit on your husband to test if he has enough love and self control to not put hands on you?
