Question about first cycle w femara

My partner and I had tried clomid and had no success, my doctor switched me to femara, and I’m now late but the test I took on the day my period was due looked negative, I’m going into day 3 of my missed period.

Did anyone’s cycle get messed up/ late start with femara? When did you test positive? I’ve been so back and forth but plan to retest tomorrow morning and hope for my BFP 🤞🏻
