My 3 year old daughter stims by opening her mouth and twirling her wrists when she is excited. She is clearly stimming but we went for an autism evaluation and the doctor said she does not have autism. She might have adhd but I have never seen someone with ADHD stimming. Does anyone else have a child that stims but is not autistic? I can see sometimes she try’s to hide and I let her know there’s nothing wrong with it but I think kids at her school have said things to her
